The main focus of nutritional counselling is to build and support health and wellness through education and guidance.

Every cell in our body is built from the raw materials we consume. The more suitable our food choices are to our specific requirements, the better cell structures we can build.

Individual nutritional imbalances and weaknesses must be assessed since each person is biochemically unique. What works for one person may not for another. The one size fits all approach to nutrition is usually not very effective.
